Cancel the order
We accept order cancellations prior to product shipment or production. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel an order if the product has already shipped.

Return the goods
Please report damaged, defective or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery, and we will properly communicate with you.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as the item you received. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your tax return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please consult our customer service department to ensure that you are sending your package to the correct address.

Defect/Damage Policy
If the product you received is defective or damaged, please contact us by email with a photo or video, our engineers will provide you with perfect after-sale customized service according to the video/photo, replacement or refund must follow us 's return and refund policy.
Items must be unworn and have original labels attached.

Refund
When the customer returns the item, please state the reason for the refund when returning the item. Upon receipt and inspection of your tax return, we will email you a notification of receipt within 5 to 7 days. We will also notify you within 5 to 7 days to approve or deny the refund. If you are approved, we will process your refund within 5 to 7 days,
If the customer requests a refund, we will refund the original product cost upon receipt of the returned item. All shipping charges for returned items, as well as the original shipping charges, are non-refundable.
We do not accept returns of discounted items, unless the customer receives the wrong item or there is a problem with the item, it is recommended to negotiate and deal with it amicably.

Refund delayed
If you haven't received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take a while for the refund to be officially announced. Contact your bank next time. It usually takes some processing time before a refund is issued. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at the address below.

  • Custom orders or personalized items are not eligible for returns for refunds
  • With few exceptions, we do not provide prepaid return labels; the customer is responsible for shipping returns.
  • If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer is responsible for shipping and import duties. The specific cost should depend on the courier company you choose.
  • If, due to us, the goods received are damaged or incorrect, the consumer is not responsible for the shipping costs.
  • We are not responsible for any return packages that may be lost or stolen in transit, please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when sending your return.
  • No restocking fee is charged to consumers when returning goods
